At Latin Secrets Dance School, we strive to provide a positive and fulfilling dance experience for all our students. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our guidelines regarding refunds and credits.<\/span><\/p>

1. Free Tryout Lessons:<\/span><\/p>

1.1. We offer free tryout lessons to give you an opportunity to experience our classes before committing to a course.<\/span><\/p>

1.2. Once you register for a course after the trial lesson, the regular refund policy outlined below will apply.<\/span><\/p>

2. Course Registration and Refunds:<\/span><\/p>

2.1. Once you have registered and made payment for a course, the registration fee and course fees are non-refundable, except as specified in this refund policy.<\/span><\/p>

2.2. We do not provide refunds for course fees once the course has commenced.<\/span><\/p>

2.3. Our website clearly states the start and end dates of each course, as well as any scheduled holidays or breaks. Please review this information before registering.<\/span><\/p>

3. Illness or Injury:<\/span><\/p>

3.1. In the unfortunate event that you become sick or injured during the course, please notify us immediately.<\/span><\/p>

3.2. We will save the remaining classes as credit for you, which can be used once you have recovered and are able to resume your dance lessons.<\/span><\/p>

3.3. This credit is non-transferable and can only be used by the original registrant.<\/span><\/p>

3.4. Please provide us with appropriate documentation, such as a medical certificate, to support your request for credit due to illness or injury.<\/span><\/p>

4. Credit Usage:<\/span><\/p>

4.1. When you are ready to resume your dance lessons, you can use the credited classes towards a future course.<\/span><\/p>

4.2. Please note that the credited classes must be used within a specified period, as communicated to you by Latin Secrets Dance School.<\/span><\/p>

4.3. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person.<\/span><\/p>
